Ottinetti Roasting Pans – Made in Italy
These beautiful roasting pans are made the traditional way in Italy, using high-quality aluminum with a solid brass ring detail on one end. They’re practical, elegant, and built to last — perfect for cooking and serving straight from the oven to the table.
Why We Love Them:
- Crafted with care – Ottinetti pans are made from pure aluminum with a timeless brass touch. Each one is handcrafted, giving it a unique charm you won’t find in mass-produced cookware.
- Great heat control – Aluminium heats up quickly and evenly (second only to copper), so your food cooks beautifully and you stay in control. It also cools down fast when you need it to.
- No coatings, no fuss – There’s no ceramic or plastic to crack or wear away over time — just solid, long-lasting metal.
- Lighter than cast iron – Easier to handle, especially when lifting in and out of the oven.
- Stovetop to oven – These pans are as versatile as they are beautiful. Use them on the hob or in the oven.
- Oven to table – With their classic look and brass detailing, they’re made for serving, not just cooking.
Looking After Your Pan:
- Some darkening inside the pan is normal with use — it’s just natural oxidization and won’t affect cooking.
- Not dishwasher safe. Please wash by hand with hot water and your usual detergent.
- It’s fine to cook acidic foods (like tomatoes or lemon-based dishes), but avoid storing them in the pan for long periods. The acid can cause tiny marks in the aluminum and may give the food a slightly metallic taste. It won’t harm you, but it’s best to transfer leftovers to a separate container.
