Please note that most of our silk scarves are preorder items, and we do not offer returns or exchanges on preorder collections.

For our in stock wool children scarves, we offer store credit only within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and all packaging is returned in original condition.

For in-stock silk scarves, we offer store credit only.
