1. How are Frankie Mae Scarves packaged?

Every Frankie Mae scarf comes beautifully packaged in its own Frankie Mae branded dust bag, designed to keep your scarf protected and stored safely for years to come.

Each order also includes a little Frankie Mae card. Sending it as a gift? We’re more than happy to add a personalised message! just leave your message with your order. 

2. Do you offer custom scarves?

Yes, I do (to a certain extent). I can customize a scarf for you, with pricing based on the specifics of your request. Please message me at 021 190 7059 with a picture of the outfit you want to match the scarf with. Please be aware that custom scarves are non-returnable if they don't match, so make your purchase accordingly.
