Ottinetti Oval Gratin Pan – 26cm 

Handcrafted in Italy, this oval gratin pan is perfect for puddings, gratins and oven-to-table dishes. Made from 99.5% pure aluminium with elegant brass handles, it heats evenly, cooks beautifully, and looks timeless on your table.

Care tip: wash by hand, expect a little natural darkening over time, and don’t store acidic foods in it.
